2. Honestly do you think I am crazy or what for getting a puppy when I have a toddler?
3. Only the cat dislikes the puppy.
4. If I had the day off I would be playing with my puppy.
There seems to be a puppy theme here…..did you sleep last night? Or rather---did SHE sleep last night?
ReplyDeleteShe's not doing too bad. We moved her to the basement at night so that when she whines we don't hear her as loudly and can sleep a little better.
DeleteNo! I don't think you are crazy at all.
ReplyDeleteI think pets add something to our lives -- sure, part of that is also more work. But pets love you unconditionally - and I think in stressful times they can be a great source of comfort to. Good training is of course key - an out of control, wreaking havoc puppy is not stress free -- so the hard work will pay off for sure.
Once we get through "infancy" things will get easier. I swear, a puppy is more work than an infant!
DeleteI love that you got a puppy! And your toddler will now have a BFF
ReplyDeletePunky calls her "my puppy." They will grow up together and as long as Nala doesn't eat Punky's Bear, they should get along just fine!
DeleteNo, not crazy. I think a pet adds so much to a family, especially kids.
ReplyDeleteI've been talking about a dog for years. Finally wore the Huz down and he caved to Nala's cuteness!
